Operating principal
The magnavitalis® water management system consists of multiple active components which together achieve an excellent overall result.
Advantages
Through the use of a magnavitalis® water management system the temperature of the flood water can be reduced considerably saving energy and money.
Installation
The magnavitalis® unit is best mounted immediately before the filling station of the ice machine. The installation is performed by trained personnel.
In one arena magnavitalis® has achieved an estimated 130 tons of CO2 offset over the course of a year
magnavitalis® active principle
The magnavitalis® system consists of several active components that complement each other, achieving an extraordinarily good overall result.
The magnavitalis® magnetic vortex system:
The magnavitalis® magnetic field system, unique in its arrangement, ensures that the cluster structures of the water are micro-vortexed and primary energy is returned to the water
The magnavitalis® biocommunicator:
The unique frequency spectrum of the magnavitalis® biocommunicator supports optimised ice formation of water
magnavitalis® irradiation
Radionics, which is increasingly used in medical fields, represents the third active component of the magnavitalis® system.
Advantages of magnavitalis®
Water temperature
Water temperature for ice can be reduced significantly. magnavitalis® customers use warm water between 18 and °C 25 (65 to 75F) and save considerably on energy costs.
The ice temperature
can be reduced, as magnavitalis® ice is more compact due to its changed cluster structure.
Improved ice quality
Due to the micro turbulence of the clusters, the structure of the water turns into small clusters and loses surface tension. Under these conditions the ice becomes harder and more resilient, has less breakage and abrasion, meaning that water freezes faster and has better flow properties – any unevenness is levelled out more efficiently.
Installation of magnavitalis®
magnavitalis® components are mounted immediately bevor the water hose that fills the ice machine. A 1 meter (3 feet) long stainless steel or copper pipe with a diameter of 28 – 30 mm (1 – 1 ¼ inches) is required. The components are mounted on that straight section of pipe
To be able to regulate and optimise the water temperature, a mixing valve with a thermometer or a thermostat is recommended (see mounting pictures).
